LEV, Japan’s first Robot to explore the lunar surface received the 2024 Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences (JSASS)
Technology Award (Project Category) at the 34th JSASS Meeting, held on April 3–4, 2025 at the University of Tokyo’s Hongo Campus.
Two of our company’s engineers contributed to this effort and are listed among the award recipients. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to JAXA
and all members of the SLIM project team.

We are proud to share that the ultra small Lunar Excursion Vehicle LEV 1,
designed and manufactured by our company under commission from JAXA
for installation on the Smart Lander for Investigating Moon (SLIM),
has successfully landed on the lunar surface and completed its mission.
We extend our hopes for the further progress of lunar exploration.
